Description
Magnesium Chloride Flakes (Hydrated Magnesium Chloride) are hydrated from the brine of Dead Sea.
Magnesium is an essential element for the body and is best absorbed through the skin-transdermally (rather than by mouth).
Helpful in relieving aches, pains, soreness and stress.
For external use only.
Directions: Dissolve 1-2 cups of Magnesium Flakes in warm (not hot) bath or foot bath. Warm water encourages absorption while hot water encourages excretion. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
