Our shop is currently participating in a recycling program. We are accepting oral care products, coffee bags, writing instruments on behalf of TerraCycle and #2 & #5 plastic on behalf of Plastic Flux. Read below for details.

We are accepting all CLEAN and DRY #2 and #5 plastics. Check for the number within the mobius loop (recycling symbol), usually found at the bottom of the item.

It is vital that all donated items are free from any debris or dirt.

once collected, the writing instruments are separated by material composition.

mechanical pencils

markers and marker caps

the recycling process

oral care products and packaging

once collected, the oral care products and packaging are cleaned and melted into hard plastic that can be remolded to make new recycled products, such as park benches and picnic tables.

toothbrushes

toothpaste outer packaging

and all other non-recyclable products and packaging

please do not send in coffee pods. Some pods, including Ethical Bean Coffee pods, are 100% biodegradable. They are fully compostable and do not require recycling.

you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible before shipping, but please make sure your items are dry.
